At Jemini Snacks, customer satisfaction is our priority. Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed and dispatched from our facility.

  • Orders may be cancelled before shipment confirmation.
  • Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team with your order details.

Refund Policy

We take great care in ensuring the quality of our products. Refunds or replacements will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged product received during delivery.
  • Incorrect product delivered.
  • Manufacturing defect or quality issue in the product.

If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide:

  • Your Order ID.
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging.
  • A brief description of the issue.

Our quality team will review the complaint and, if approved, a replacement or refund will be initiated.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 7–15 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by our error.

Jemini Snacks reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not meet the above conditions.
